This American
classic cake does not use yeast . Was first made
in 1930 with simple ingredients . Make it easy and
the material is also easy to come by .
Feel the
scent of banana aroma and a soft padded texture .ingredients :
• 300 g ripe bananas Ambon , peeled , mashed
• 60 ml of vegetable oil
• 100 g sugar
• 50 g brown sugar
• 1 egg
• Sift together :
• 200 g flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp seasoning spekuk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Topping:
• 20 g of flaxseed
How to Make :
• Preheat oven to temperature of 180 C.
• Shoe 20x10x10 cm rectangular baking pan with butter and sprinkle with flour .
• Whisk together bananas refined vegetable oil and sugar until blended .
• Add eggs , beat well .
• Enter the flour mixture gradually while stirring until blended .
• Pour the batter into the pan , smooth.
• Sprinkle the topping ingredients .
• Bake in a hot oven until browned and slightly dry .
• Remove, let cool .
• Cut into pieces and serve .
Serving for 12 servings .
